Everyday

Watch a sunrise,

bask in its glow.

Embrace a new day,

walking decidedly slow.

 

Converse with plants.

Amble barefoot in the park.

Sit on a wooden bench.

Listen to a lark.

 

Lay under a tree

while gazing at the sky.

Breathe deeply.

Listen to your sighs.

 

Remember who you are

part of a gossamer net,

connecting to all creation,

a universal vignette.
